This program was created by American Deadlift record holder and Pro Strongman Vince Urbank – with a few “Relentless” twists for those of you who do not have the same equipment we have available. Since implenting this new programming we have not gone a week without a BIG TIME PR being smashed by Team Relentless members at Relentless Performance! I personally gained 27 lbs and showed up to my last competition leaner than ever, I also hit a PR in every single events, including a 35lbs PR on my overhead press!
