Thanks to the internet, forums, magazines and people who run their mouth (mistakenly stating their uneducated opinions as facts) we re overloaded with information – that may or may not be true. To make things worse, certain statements are true in some cases and not others, and very few people are qualified to make that distinction.
I cannot tell you how discouraging it is to see so many people talk about carb cycling, paleo diets, sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, myofibrillar hypertrophy, dynamic max and repetitive effort methods and yet have made ZERO progress in the years I have know them.
99.9% of you need to slow it down.
That’s what I created my Relentless program that can be followed anywhere around the world, to end all this programming nonsense. To protect my followers from reading a bunch of (practical or not) nonsense and trying to mix and match it all together.
Look around you – look at your information sources.
Don’t be the chubby dude who is giving advice on how to get shredded by cycling carbs and eating paleo. Definitely don’t be the guy who listens to the chubby dude and then starts preaching the word.
Don’t be the guy who starts doing dynamic work because the westside guys do it every week, especially if you haven’t built a respectable amount of base strength first.
I still have people who have been training for 10 years or MORE longer than I have and have made less progress in those 10 years than I have in the last year TRYING TO TELL ME how to make progress.
I just smile, nod my head and leave them in my dust.
Programming for Super Strength, a lean, athletic body and some explosive power is NOT complicated.
My Personal PR busting program, which i have yet to go a training week without blasting PR (and gained well over 20lbs in a very short time) is simple. It’s brutal, it’s not EASY, it’s SIMPLE. Vince Urbank, pro strongman and world record deadlift holder has me training 3 days a week MAXIMUM.

I will, just because I want to see you succeed, share with you the ultimate strength secret:
Stop training so much, stop trying to use so many different methods in the same training cycle, eat more whole natural food – stop trying to front load or backload or cycle that shit, switch up your main lifts often and BUILD your weaknesses.
Identify a goal. Determine the best way to reach it (if it’s strength, size and performance I found it for you: http://www.relentlessgym.com/programs/team-relentless/ ). Stick it out at least 12 weeks – and start leaving your carb cycling, internet guru friends in the dust!
